Welcome to RussianAdoption.com, the home of Adoptions and Aid International (formerly the Russian Liaison Adoption Program). As of December 2007, AAi is no longer a licensed non-profit Russian adoption agency. Our programs were taken over by Partners for Adoption, a Hague Accredited, licensed, adoption agency located in California and working with California families for 25 years. Partners for Adoption is dedicated to finding warm, loving homes for Russian and Ukrainian orphans. AAi’s Russia program completed over 900 Russian Adoptions between 1993 and 2008, helping place children from Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries with American families. Partners for Adoption continues this tradition with the same dedication and care for which AAi was known. | |
