Partners for Adoption is a Hague Accredited, licensed nonprofit California adoption agency dedicated to finding warm, loving homes for orphaned children since 1983

Partners for Adoption started their Russian adoption program in 1993, and has since then helped place over 1000 children from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia.
